THE FOUR HORSEMEN OF THE VACCINE APOCALYPSE

In the book of Revelations, John’s prophecy of the end of days, the author describes the heralds of that Apocalypse as riders upon four horses, each a different color. So rich in imagery is the account, that even after 20 centuries and dozens of translations, there is still no general agreement among the experts about all the symbolism involved. But the classic metaphor of the four horsemen has been a common theme throughout world literature down through the ages – always representing the Signs of something that is coming to an end.

By all indications, what is clearly coming to an end in California is medical freedom. Specifically, the right of individuals to choose drugs, surgery or medical advice for themselves and their children. Every year some part of that personal freedom, the right to be secure in one’s person, as guaranteed by the Constitution, is being systematically chopped away.

and dozens of other grassroots awareness projects and seminars, the California legislature plods inexorably toward their stated goal – forcing the full vaccine Schedule onto 100% of the population.

Their success formula has a proven track record, and has never been significantly deterred from its course by any of the above, even slightly. With rare exception, proper planning and deep pockets generally triumph over a few malcontents snipping at the heels of monolithic global vaccine policy.

Why? Because the real policymakers make plans years in advance, building each consecutive success upon the last. Case in point:

Four bills introduced into the California legislature represent a concerted attack on the fundamental medical freedom enjoyed by Californians since 1848. An integral, perfectly choreographed new paradigm, planning the removal of the parent from the pre- AB2109 condition of complete freedom of choice over all health choices for himself and his family, to the post-SB426 world, which promises legalized home invasion for anyone with the temerity to refuse not only vaccines but any recommended treatment.

Overstated? Impossible? That’s what many of us said when AB2109 was being rammed through back in 2012. Couldn’t happen here, too radical, unconstitutional, etc. Right.

FIRST HORSEMAN

AB2109 or ‘Freedom With Permission’ as many called it – breezed right through the legislature and became law with very little opposition. With this law, the parent now needed an MD’s permission in order to have a philosophical opinion. The parent alone could no longer opt out of vaccines for the child.

The irresponsible legislators on the AB 2109 “Committee” discovered how easy it was to simply ignore a few hundred whiners protesting the bill on the Capitol steps out front. What power did they have? In one fell swoop, 70 years of sane law regarding a parent’s right to opt out of vaccines for the children simply vanished in the haze.

SECOND HORSEMAN

Seeing how easily Californians surrendered their rights to make health choices for their own children, the Pan-handlers simply punched up the next of the Four Horsemen: SB277. Stands to reason – if the majority of voters place no value on a parent’s philosophical opinion of health choice, well let’s just take away the choice altogether. They won’t mind.

And they were right. The draconian SB277 – the most repressive health bill in US history, breezed right through the CA legislature. The philosophical exemption to vaccines was simply abolished altogether, like it never existed.

THIRD HORSEMAN

Not satisfied even with this advance toward State control over the individual, we saw in the January 2017 newsletter the next Horseman, now lining up at the starting gate: SB18, the cleverly named Child’s Bill of Rights.

A not very subtle example of Bernaysian thinktank duplicity, the meticulously vague Child’s Bill of Rights is diabolical more for what it does not say than for what it does say:

“THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.

(a) The Legislature finds and declares that all children and youth, regardless of gender, class, race, ethnicity, national origin, culture, religion, immigration status, sexual orientation, or ability, have inherent rights that entitle them to protection, special care, and assistance, including, but not limited to, the following:

(1) The right to parents, guardians, or caregivers who act in their best interest.

(2) The right to form healthy attachments with adults responsible for their care and well-being.

(3) The right to live in a safe and healthy environment.

(4) The right to social and emotional well-being.

(5) The right to opportunities to attain optimal cognitive, physical, and social development.

(6) The right to appropriate, quality education and life skills leading to self-sufficiency in adulthood.

(7) The right to appropriate, quality health care.

(b) It is the intent of the Legislature in enacting this act to expand and codify the Bill of Rights for Children and Youth of California created by Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 80 (Res. Ch. 101, Stats. 2009), to establish a comprehensive framework that governs the rights of all children and youth in California, outlines the research-based essential needs of California’s children, and establishes standards relating to the health, safety, well-being, early childhood and educational opportunities, and familial supports necessary for all children to succeed.

SEC. 2.

It is the intent of the Legislature, by January 1, 2022, to enact appropriate legislation to accomplish all of the following:

a) Develop and put forth research-based policy solutions that will ensure the Bill of Rights for Children and Youth of California, in its totality, is applied evenly, equitably, and appropriately to all children and youth across the state.

(b) Determine the amount of revenue and resources necessary to ensure that the Bill of Rights for Children and Youth of California, in its totality, is applied evenly, equitably, and appropriately to all children and youth across the state.

(c) Identify and obtain the revenue and resources necessary to ensure that the Bill of Rights for Children and Youth of California, in its totality, is applied evenly, equitably, and appropriately to all children and youth across the state.”

Grim enough what the bill says, but far worse is what this vague language implies. A judge might easily say,

Hello, I’ll be your judge today. Oh you haven’t vaccinated your child? Well, according to this new law your child has the legal right

“To live in a safe and healthy environment”

and also has

“the right to appropriate health care.”

An unvaccinated child doesn’t seem ‘safe and healthy’ to me right now, and since I’m feeling frisky, I think I’ll find for the prosecutor – I hereby pronounce you in violation of this law. You have 5 days to vaccinate, or else Social Services will be taking your child from you . . .

That kind of scenario is completely possible – in fact it’s already happening. But with the passage of these oppressive new laws, it will likely happen with logarithmically increasing frequency in California.

And that’s the dark side of the new legislation – the vague, undefined words that make this bill so sinister:

“healthy”

“appropriate”

“health care”

Who’s to say? These words are loaded. They may seem innocuous enough, but it would be the prerogative of a jury or a judge to define them for each particular case. And that could force not only vaccines on any child, but feasibly, any course of drug or surgical treatment recommended by any medical tests, no matter how cursory, or erroneously undertaken. That’s the way this law can be interpreted – it’s wide open.

Who’s to say what is ‘appropriate’? What’s the standard? Medical orthodoxy – the same unscientific belief system that makes the US the sickest of all industrialized nations on earth, and presides over the sharpest increase in childhood diseases in US history… ?

Kids don’t need the government to suddenly give them any rights – new rights that Americans have never before needed to have enumerated.

SB18 is in discussion right now – not scheduled until 2018. But opposition is unlikely considering the sheeplike mentality of Californians and how little attention they pay to what else the legislators are doing to the state.

FOURTH HORSEMAN – LEGALIZING CHILD ABUSE

Policymakers are playing way past SB18. They already see it as de facto law, which it likely will be. But even that’s still not enough for the greedy powermongers. They want it all.

They want the vaccine police to be able to break into your house, snatch your unvaccinated child from your arms, drag him into a doc-in-the-box (or Walgreen’s) and force as many vaccines as they want on the child.

Scene from V for Vendetta? Nope. That’s the plan for the final item in this diabolical quartet: SB426. Though still on the drawing board, this bill is the last nail in the coffin of medical freedom in California. For anyone found to be in violation of The “Child’s Bill of Rights” with all the ambiguity that entails, this proposed SB426 would allow law enforcement to break into your house in order to capture the child in question and forcefully administer the disputed “treatment.”

With CA legislators and their usual attention to detail, there are actually 2 bills at present both named SB426 – the other having nothing to do with health choice at all, being a finance bill. But at some point the geniuses are certain to notice it and change the name of one of them.

2. BARCELONA SCHOOL FINALLY ACCREDITED

After many years trudging through the dark miasma of Euro/chiro politics, BCC has prevailed.

Of all the chiropractic schools on earth that I have visited in the past 10 years, Barcelona College is probably the best. Why?

They actually teach adjusting, starting first quarter
They are not philosophobic, but proud of tradition
Student interns typically get all their visit requirements from walk-ins

It’s traditional chiropractic, not the pseudo poser version taught in most schools

“Dear All,

I am very happy to be able to inform you that we have now received official notification that the BCC has been awarded full accredited status by the ECCE for our five-year programme of study. The award is for the maximum period possible at this stage – 3 years.

The accreditation process saw the five members of the ECCE Site Visit team visit the college from the 13th-15th of February during which time they evaluated the BCC on 37 different criteria using the following flag system –

Dark Green – Full Compliance,
Light Green – Substantial compliance,
Yellow – Partial compliance,
Red – Non-compliance.
The report related to the recent site visit provides details wherein the BCC received 20 Dark Green Flags, 16 Light Green Flags, 1 Yellow Flag and no Red Flags.

In addition, we received the following commendations:

The strong leadership of the Principal, and the hard work and support from teaching and administrative staff, to improve standards in the provision of education and training in chiropractic.
The enthusiasm and support of the students for the institution.
Development of the scientific model and evidence-based approach throughout the curriculum.
The increase of collaborative agreements with other institutions.
The facilities and resources available to staff and students, in particular the clinical training facilities and e-learning resources.
Robust lines of student and graduate feedback to inform and improve the curriculum.
As is a normal part of the accreditation process, there were also some recommendations made by the site visit team. The college is already integrating those recommendations into our management and curriculum development plans. Importantly, the ECCE Site Visit team’s report and Committee on Accreditation (CoA) members communicated that they have no concerns.

I have thanked the ECCE’s Evaluation Team and the members of the CoA for their hard work in evaluating the BCC, writing their report and for coming to this conclusion. In addition, on behalf of the BCC’s Board of Governors, staff and students, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support of the BCC.

Recently I was fortunate to be interviewed a very well known East coast radio personality; Mr Al Cole. That interview can be heard here in the archive.

Al is a great interviewer.

A good interviewer asks leading questions that draw the guest out. A great interviewer then listens to the answers, instead of just thinking what he’s going to say next.

No interviewer ever asked me the origins of becoming a chiropractor or about my research into vaccines. This guy actually listened!

We started out talking about the mainstream avoidance of discussing the science behind vaccines. Vaccines is one of those topics most people think they know bout but actually know very little. Media conditioning has got folks believing that they know enough, that knowing almost nothing is enough.

6. HEALTH INSURANCE – OXYMORON OR NEW VIABLE ALTERNATIVE?

What do you call someone who believes an oxymoron implicitly? Without thinking about it.

Hmmm… Sounds logical.

Central Intelligence, military intelligence, informed public, homeland security, …..etc.

What is Health Care? Most folks think that it has something to do with health. That’s marketing. The term Health Care has to do with insurance coverage – and nothing to do with health.

How about the term Health Insurance? Very doubtful that anything in the indemnification industry can improve or promote human health in the slightest, let alone guarantee it.

Again, the words that the industry people chose have created our own erroneous thought patterns. [ Doors of Perception] Subconsciously, pre- consciously we think that our health is guaranteed because we have insurance coverage.

That my friends, is power. Fashioning the public hard drive.

Perhaps the biggest triumph in the history of the insurance industry was the mandatory purchase of “health insurance,” conceived by the handlers of the last administration. The monster of Obamacare, imposed by the Supreme Court, 5-4. IRS penalties for noncompliers. Madison and Jefferson are certainly rolling in their graves.

Suddenly after almost 250 years, US citizens are forced under penalty of law to accept the hegemony of organized medicine as pre-eminent – the last word in every question of health. You still have freedom of choice to try a nonmedical solution first, but you have to pay monthly to the drugs-and surgery Boys. Protection money – just like the mob in New York, etc.

And they got away with it. Sanctioned by today’s extremist media, holding sway over a sheepish and rationally bankrupt lot.

Boo-hoo, right? Welcome to America.

But there’s an alternative I just learned about: Liberty Health Share.org

8. TY BOLLINGER’S NEW TRUTH ABOUT VACCINES SERIES

Instead of just another series of interviews about vaccine problems, this new series is actually 7 separate mini documentaries addressing the most taboo subject of all: the science behind vaccines.

Several of them are really good.

For many decades, we’ve seen the set-in-stone mandate of pop press that no specifics on vaccine science can ever be printed. Verboten. They may refer to “the science” as some unspecified generality about which no research is necessary, but no discussion is permitted.

“The science is clear” they spew, but ask them to cite just one source of that science and they reach for their Xanax. Then they change the subject, or have an iPhone emergency. Guaranteed.

This is all in keeping with the E.L Bernays PR axiom that the public is an uneducated mob who need to be guided by an intellectual elite – in this case, the Vaccinators. But this is a new intelligentia – one with no education. We already know everything.

So there’s this built-in safeguard against ever having to read anything on the subject, against developing the individual’s own powers of perception and rational thought. The result – the conventional cookiecutter Common Core American “consciousness.”

It’s perfect – the pretense of omniscience without all the nasty business of actual learning. Thank you, CNN. And Twitter. All the nuances of real life in 140 characters.

The truth is that the scientific research behind vaccines is prodigious, and has been for decades. The 17 editions of Vaccination Is Not Immunization – each edition cited about 300 references, which still only scratched the surface of that profound body of science. This is the fundamental research work behind vaccines that pediatricians and state legislators know little of, and absolutely do not want ordinary people to be aware. And they are largely successful because of the conventional wisdom that convinces people they already know enough. Which is nothing, in most cases.
